FreeFileSync WebDAV 0 Bytes Error

We have GoDaddy OnlineFileFolder and a mapped drive using WebDAV. The folders we are trying to back up to GoDaddy will not upload files larger than 10.6MB. We have changed all the registry settings for timeout and size limits so that it should work. We tried this before and had to use FTP to push the files. The problem now is that out of 100k files about 1k are scattered around our file system and it would be difficult to FTP from the random locations throughout the file system. The compare feature works great. The sync graphically hangs up then eventually says complete and shows the correct file size in the online folder, but when I review the file it says it is corrupt and shows 0 bytes. I can upload large files through onlinefilefolder.com using the web interface and also the GoDaddy OnlineFileFolder software client, but we would like to use FreeFileSync to keep things in sync as we prefer this software. Any idea why files greater than 10.6MB write to the cloud as 0 bytes? Further, if I try to copy and paste it using Windows File Explorer it does the same thing. Is there a way to use something like TeraCopy to copy the files that FreeFileSync wants to move? I read that FFS supports SFTP. This could be an option as well.

Update. I was able to upload a 12MB file from my Windows 10 desktop through WebDAV copy and paste to OnlineFileFolder. I then downloaded the file using our Server 2008 R2 which worked fine. Then I uploaded the same file from Server 2008 R2 that I JUST downloaded, and it goes back up as 0 bytes. I think this error is a limitation of the server or WebDAV in 2008 R2 and maybe not any fault of FFS. However, if you guys have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
