Freefilesync synchronize a second directory tree

Hello,
Thanks for your VERY useful utility. I use it a lot.

There is something bizarre when, after having successfully synchronized a directory with my laptop, I try to synchronize a second directory tree.
Although I select both directories in FreeFileSync, the program seems to remember the previous directories names and says that both directories are already in sync.(nothing to sync)
I need to exit FreeFile Sync and restart with the new directories access path, then it works as expected.
That behaviour occured already with the previous versions.

You don't need to restart FFS to update the comparison, just compare again (F5).
