What would cause one ffs_gui file when double clicked on to open not auto compare and another ffs_gui file when double clicked on to open and auto compare runs? I've looked and am at a loss.

Auto-compare doesn't kick in if one of the directories is not accessible.

Ah that would make sense. This is a first time sync to an empty HD. Thanks!
