FFS on Linux Mint Rosa

hello all

I have installed FFS via terminal so I should have the latest version. Trying to sync files from home drive to usb but at times FFS cannot find my folder on the home drive while obviously it is there, Other times though I can see the files in both directories FFS fails to see them and reports the rt / lt hand folder empty. I have been fighting this for 3 days and I am stumped can anyone advice. Before I updated I has no issues
