Real-time Sync : Procedure to run an external program on each file, prior to the folder's synchronisation with another folder.

The goal is for one way transfer of the result files of simulations, between folders at different locations. Before the sync of each result file - an external analysis program has to be run on the file which will generate some report files on each result.

The reports are much smaller in size, which enables quicker analysis, rather than waiting for the relatively very large results file.

How can the external program be run on each result file, as it appears, at the same time of the sync being fired off ?

I see an Oncompletion tag in the batch file, but I need this done, prior to the sync.
