Error after setup 8.2 on Win2003 Server

After installing Version 8.2 to a Windows 2003 Server, I get error messages when starting the program.
The prior Version (7.x) worked fine. What can be done to fix this? Unfortunately I do not have the Setup files for the prior Version on hand.

Error message after intallation:
Cannot get process Information.
Error code 299: Only a part of the ReadProcessMemory - or WriteProcessMemory request could be finishes (GetModuleFileNamEx). [A part of this message was in German]

When starting the program I get the message:
Installation files are corrupt. Please reinstall FreeFileSync.
Cannot open file C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\install.dat
Error code 2: The System cannot find the file (CreateFile).

Can you try with the following versions and report if installation works?

Sorry, but both link do not work. Get the message that the file has been dropped. When I hit download, a reimage.exe shall be downloaded. I do not trust this.
Can you send a valid download link to my email address?

No Need for sending a valid download link. I downloaded and installed Version 8.3 and it seems to work fine!
