Sync specific file/files

Hello,
I would like to know if its possible to sync specific files (e.g .xlsx) that are on my desktop. The only option the program gives me is to sync folders, so according to it I have to sync C:\Users\user\Desktop (which is full of unwanted files to be taken as a backup). I want to sync C:\Users\user\Desktop\example.xls, is this option available?

Simply add an Include Filter, F7, *.xl*, or whatever works for you.
