Hello. FFS is the best! Thanks for you work, and help me please with new version 8.3. Earlier i used ver 6.3. A the start of 8.3 application I see the error message window.

Error Code 32: Процесс не может получить доступ к файлу, так как этот файл занят другим процессом (CreateFile)

Translate from Russian: Error Code 32: Process can't access file because this file is used by another Process (CreateFile). I click OK button - the application closes. So I absolutely cannot use FFS. Both versions - portable and not - show the same described error. But the installation process have no errors.
Windows 7 sp1 64bit. The PC is in corporate Active Directory, so I have no full administrator rights. Internet access throuth the proxy with authentication.
How can I help the troubleshooting?
