The easiest way to start RTS on startup is to do this:
1. Create your sync settings in FreeFileSync and then save to a FFS batch file.
2. Start RTS and open the FFS batch file. Save as a RealTimeSync batch file.
3. Open the Users and Groups prefpane and drag the RTS batch file to your startup items.
Automator works well if you want to do scheduled syncing (like every day at 12pm) but for starting it up upon system login, using the Users pref pane is much much easier.

Thanks for answer but still have some problems.
1. I created the the sync settings and saved as FFS batch file.
2. I started RTS and open the FFS batch file. Then i saved as Realtime.ffs_real and Realtime.ffs_batch
3. I added both files to startup but always open RTS and not run the proccess.

You're doing just a tad too much.
Create the realtime.ffs_batch only in FreeFileSync, not RealTimeSync. Open it in RealTimeSync and then save it as a RealTimeSync batch (realtime.ffs_real).
Drag only realtime.ffs_real to your startup items, not realtime.ffs_batch.
