File retrieval

I downloaded and installed this program and when trying to copy files to an external drive I couldn't get the files to show in either window. The net result is that my files were put in your proprietary format in both my target and my source folder and now I can't access any of them. I've tried everything I can think of to no avail, please help'

I'm using Windows 10 on a laptop.

Nothing proprietary.
Depending on your settings; Copy, Move, Update or Delete.

You'll have to explain further just what you've done & what you are not seeing.

I was not seeing any of my folders or files listed in either the left or right window of your program. I essentially clicked on everything under the sun to try to get them to show, but I couldn't. I think I may have inadvertently done a two way sync. Both my original drive and my backup drives have the folder, "sync.ffs_db", but I don't see my original folders and I can't open the sync.ffs_db to pull out my files.
