RecycleBin_0.ffs_tmp

Currently running FFS v6.12 on Windows 7 64bit

A folder called RecycleBin_0.ffs_tmp has appeared in a folder I backup regularly. I can't delete it in Windows or a DOS window because it says that the folders/files aren't there. FreeFileSync had copied it to my external hard disk before I noticed it, but now gives error saying it can't copy a file in the string of folders. I've tried telling FreeFileSync to delete that folder on both my laptop hard disk and external hard disk, and it gives the error that it can't copy/delete it in FFS - even though FFS already copied it to my external. So I have a folder I don't want and FFS now gives me error when it tries to copy it as it is in the top level folder I backup. Can anyone tell me how to remove this folder from my C: and External drives, please. And how I can avoid getting another one. Thanks.
