Folder Doesn't Exist warning always displays

I'm doing an initial sync between my PC and a new external hard drive which is mostly empty. So I queue up paths and set new folders to receive the data. Every time I start a sync I get warned that the target folders don't exist. I check Ignore and then click the Ignore button but this state isn't saved. If that's not a bug then I'm hoping a change could be considered a feature, with an Options checkbox for "Ignore missing destination folder".

Related, I've read here and in the error message that folders are auto-created when they don't exist, but this info isn't in the help page. I suggest a note get put there to make the functionality clear.
