I know I must be stupid, but I cannot figure this out

I want to save a batch job that automatically compares AND synchronizes without any intervention. Even when I F9 sync (which does this), and save it as a batch file, when I later run the batch file it stops at the comparison and waits for me to synchronize. I have saved with the "on completion" to "Close Process Dialog", but this seems to make no difference.

I feel completely stupid - what am I not seeing.

Sounds like you've saved a .ffs_gui rather than a .ffs_batch file.

Actually, they are saved as ffs_batch extensions. They were created by using the far right icon in the configuration section of the GUI.
