Ver 6.13 Copy Locked Files Doesn't Work

When I try to sync a folder with an open MS Excel file I get the message
that the file is locked and FFS stops execution.
I have set the option to copy locked files (since I am the only user access
the Excel file in question.)

I am running Windows 8.1 with all latest updates.
I am trying to synch a OneDrive folder with a network folder.
It works okay if the Excel file is closed, but that defeats the goal of
using RealTimeSync to keep my Excel file up to date between my desktop,
laptop and tablet.

I figured it out. I was trying to compare based on content rather than file
size and time. It works with file size and time.
