"keep both" option if different content OSX

When i copy photo's sometimes photo's carry the same name but are entirely different. I think it's great feature FFS does recognise this!
The only option i am dreaming of is that this conflict could be handled by an option of keeping both. With changing the name of the new copy by adding simply a 2, 3, or anything. I am on OSX and for example if you download duplicates something like that happens.
I have not found an incremental backup software that can do this.
