Error 123 while syncing Bitlocker stick with Win10

Hi folks,

everythings works fine besides one sync of a Bitlocker USB stick. I can access the stick via the Windows Explorer but while syncing I have stange/crypt filenames and every file results in an error 123. I can also select one specific folder or root on the stick for the sync, but when I start the comparison for each file the error is shown.

Any hints/ideas? Maybe a problem of Bitlocker and Win10?
The Stick was initalized for Bitlocker on a Win7 device.
