I'm really into that tool. It makes my life easier. Thanks to all supporting it.
Nevertheless I'd appreciate to be able to enable and disable folder pairs.
It's a great feature to specify several folder structures in parallel.
The possibility to selectively enable and disable them would make a big advantage.
This could avoid removing a folder pair and adding it later again.

I second that. Now I do workaround adding 'x' to the beggining of source path, which causes warning to appear.
