Photography Drive.ffs_gui

I have been asked if I want to save changes to "Photography Drive.ffs_gui: I don't know what that means so do not know what to answer. The choices are Save, Don't Save, Never save changes and Cancel. Can anyone help me understand this and answer? Thanks, Hal

You loaded a particular Profile, Photography Drive, in this case.
During your sync, you made changes, in some way to the Profile settings, & when you went to exit, its just asking if you want to save those changes back to disk, to that Profile, Photography Drive.
