Fehlercode 95: Vorgang wird nicht unterstützt (open)

Hi,

I'm using XUbuntu 16.04 and connect a server with ftp in caja1.12.7
My connection is: ftp://username@serveradr and connection is done with a password.
However if I make a new file in caja it works as usual. If I want to upload a new file to my server I get these errror message:

Die Änderungszeit von "/run/user/1000/gvfs/ftp:host=serveradr,user=username/subdir1/subdir2/filename.php.ffs_tmp" kann nicht geschrieben werden.


Whats wrong, what can I do?

Tools | Options -> Fail-safe file copy [uncheck]

But even if you get past that, I'm thinking that you're going to run into the same issue with the first file that it attempts to write?

I really have no clue, but thinking its going to have to do with "virtualization" done by the ftp server?

Caja (not that I have any idea what that is) says you can also "mount" to the server.
If so, maybe that method will work if the ftp: does not?

caja is a filemanager mostly available in all ubuntu versions. I'm using this since many years.
