Hi,

1. Install and run the FFS as administrator in Windows Server 2003.
2. Configure the left path (User's machine outlook data folder) and right path (Windows server 2003 outlook backup folder).
3. User opened the outlook program and outlook data files are locked.
4. Ticked the option copy locked files, Volume shadow copy service running in the windows server 2003.
5. Set the FFS to update the right folder. Run the program and found this error.

The FFS giving me Error Code : 33 The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file (CopyFileEx)

Cannot access the volume shadow copy Service

Can you please advise and help on this issue?

Thanks & best regards,

It looks like VSS is not supported on "`\\Nb0196my\c$\`".

But when I try to sync from NB0196MY to Windows Server 2003 storage. It works. I suspect VSS not working in Windows Server 2003. It's only work in Windows Workstation.
