Hi.
When I delete a Folder "123" on A and I hit sync, B is still there.
Any Idea wants going on there?

Wow, you are an impatient person!upedward
But, on the topic:
It seems you use the "Update" sync-variant and not the "Mirror" variant (F8).

Hi,
sorry. yes. I have several jobs and had to sync many Folder structures.
Sorry for the hurry. I was hoping you tip would be helpful but "mirror"
mean mirror A to B. But I do changes in both folders. So if I delete a Folder on A
and another Folder in B. I want them both gone after sync. But FreeFileSync
will not delete the Folder but the Content of it. Means that I end up with a bunch of
empty Folders which I need to delete manually. Know what I mean?

Is this really no problem to anyone else?
How do you use the software?
I still got that problem and can´t find a way around it..

If empty left-over folders bother you, you might consider making a batch script
that identifies and consecutively deletes empty folders.
See e.g. https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20080417-00/?p=22703

That is a option. Thank you.
But I can´t really understand how you use a Sync Tool when it in fact does not sync it all the way.
If you have for example, an USB Stick. Maybe for the University and you change a folder name on the Stick,
delete a Folder and create one. You go home on your mac and write a second version of a manuscript and put it in a new folder, a delete another one. All one that "sync" Folder but Local. If you than use FreeSync in whatever Mode. You are screwed. Both places are off-sync.
Just my experience. How can that work for anybody?
