Help for FreeFileSync/RealTimeSync

I have made the batch job how I want it to be synchronized. Now all I want to know is how can I create a Windows 7 Service or a Task that will run every time a file in a folder changes or updates to a different time.

This sounds like a job for RTS but I don't want to see the red sync icon on my task bar.

So if you guys have any insights, let me know.

I've tried the methods mentioned on the website but it doesn't work for me. It works for tasks that runs once a day or a week. I want this task to be done whenever there is an update in the respective folder
