New in the game.
I have installed FFF8.6 on my PC. I want to sync my PC with my LapTop and vice versa.
How do I connect the two units, with a cable(type) or through wlan??
Do I have to install FF8.6 on the LapTop also?
Please explain each step

Often done by having the two computers located within the same LAN (local area network) configured in such a way that they are visible to each other. I suggest also that this forum is not the place to ask such a question. And even if i wanted to, i can't, you haven't even mentioned what operating systems you are using?!...sync my PC with my LapTop and vice versa...kempen
- Start with having FFS installed on only one computer. You can of course have it installed on both computers. However, as you should when learning any new set of tools, start simple!
- Spend a little while researching/Googling. For example, assuming you are using Windows: how do i share a folder across my network using windows.
- After doing a bit of research, create some shared test folders with some test files so you can experiment with FFS without losing all your work.
- Once you have gained enough confidence with folder sharing and FFS, start applying it to your live data.
