Sync-Software for Synology NAS

Hi guys, I'm looking for a software to sync three DS-Stations to eachother.
First I thought that Cloudstation could solve this but CS could not sync more than 200.000 files.
So I configured some rsync jobs to syncronize oneway but this alswas stops with timeout.

My connection is not very fast so I need a softwar wihich could handle this and which I could install on my Synology stations.

Is there a chance to solve this?
