make compare for each subdirectory

Hi.

Firstly ... huge thanks for making this software! Really appreciate it .

And my question
Is it somehow possible to do compare all subdirectories of testSource to single directory testDestination like image below shows? But without specifying each end every one separately?

What i want to do is to check if files inside subdirectories exists in my testDestination directory that contains all files.
Be able to synchronize all files that don't exists on right side but keeping directory tree from left side would be cool is it possible ?
