Disable Error Messages so Sync is not Interrupted

Is there a way to disable error messages, or at least save them to the end of a Sync?

I frequently get inconsequential error messages. If I am away from the computer, my sync is unnecessarily delayed.

I know I can check the "Ignore Future Message" box, but that only applies to that one specific type of error. There can be different error types. And there is still the issue that the Sync can be delayed for hours if I am not constantly attending my machine.

In the sync settings window (F8), bottom left, you can define your preference for error handling:
Ignore or Pop-up
