RealTimeSync at Startup Windows 10 Help

Hello,

I got my donated versions of FreeFileSynic and I can't understand two things. How to set up RTS on Windows 10 Startup and how to set Schedule. I've read manual many times but I guess I am an idiot because I can't get it.

I've made 3 batch Job actions for my backup and I've stored them in the folder "Backups" ( on my Desktop ).

I've created New Shortcut and pasted Installation folder ( path ) "C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\RealTimeSync.exe", but i don't get what should i paste next??

In the instruction manual it says path to *.ffs_real or *ffs_batc file. Does that mean the path of my batch job name? My Batched Job actions are stored in C:\Users\Hrvoje Golubic Art\Desktop\Backups....so for my Batch job "Backup" i've pasted "C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\RealTimeSync.exe""C:\Users\Hrvoje Golubic Art\Desktop\Backups\Backup.ffs_batch" in shortcut and i got message that it cannot be found.

What am I doing wrong? I am getting crazy
