Transfer creation and modification times on folder creation

Hey there, I'm sorry my English is not that good and I couldn't find what I'm looking in forums nor help.

Not sure even if it's possible, but what I want is to copy or mirror and keep original folder's creation date.

I couldn't find any settings to change that. But in a Mirror action I see the files within the folder are dated as the source but not the folders, which are dated with the run date.

Is something I'm doing wrong?
