With those filenames, FFS does not display them in the folder, and if I put them in a folder by themselves, it reports the folder having zero files in it.
If I remove the last letter from the names of the files (so they are both spelunky_sav, not spelunky_save), then it shows them but with a weird blank line between. More alterations along these lines, putting different things after the underscore, results in similar strange behaviour.
If I change one to spelunky_saved.bak then it shows up in the list as file number 3, with two other blank things above it. If I do it to both they show up in the list in rows 4 and 5, but the program still reports 2 files at the bottom of the window.
Putting other combinations of things after the underscore causes further weirdness:
