Wileyfox swift - CyanogenMod

I use FFS to sync my phone (Wileyfox swift - CyanogenMod) to my PC and it use to work for both the following:
- 128Gb SD card to PC
- Internal Storage to PC

Internal Storage to PC no longer works and I get the following message:

Cannot find the following folders:
mtp:\Wileyfox Swift\Internal storage\BACKUP

If this error is ignored the folders will be considered empty. Missing folders are created automatically when needed.

Any clue on what's gone wrong. I am running FFS version 9. I can see the phone storage from Windows 7 and copy/modify the files on the phone via Windows 7. I don't think I have change any permission on my phone but I might have done.

Should that not read "mtp:\\Wileyfox Swift\Internal storage"?
