FTP: Modification time parse error

I tested with both 9.0 and 9.1 Beta. I connect to my local FTP server, it connects successfully and lists directories in the first level. After that any directory access gives error.

This is the first level. That is the FTP root. The listing is successful:

This is the second level. When trying to access any sub directories, I get the error:
