Can't Sync Please Help

I want to sync my laptop's D drive with an external hard drive for back up purposes. I've selected D drive as the source and my external hard drive as the destination, but a warning keeps popping out saying "cannot set directory lock for "E:\" and some other stuff. Can someone teach me what to do?

Try running FFS as Administrator.
