Conflicts on two way sync

I got a lot of warnings of my logs, saying that there is an unresolved conflicts of some of my file and they will not be synchronized.

Is there way in two way sync, if there is a conflicts happen it will just update the right side file or execute another batch job(update variant) if there's a conflicts detected? I tried mirror, update and custom but no one of them satisfy the above problem, because I also want the folders and files to be synchronized.

actually it is just a single PC setup, using task scheduler.

Any help will be appreciated.
