file size issue for android mtp picture

while synching picture from an android 1+ one phone mtp folder tp pc (win7-usb3.0 disck)
i 'm getting the following errors for all jpeg files

Cannot write file "H:\xxxx\A0001\IMG_20160219_105954.jpg.ffs_tmp".

Unexpected size of data stream.
Expected: 2315256 bytes
Actual: 2315261 bytes


Is this phones specific ? have done synched successfully on a couple samsumg .
