Can 2 users syncronize on the same folder?

I have 1 desktop PC and 2 laptops.
I have one same folder on the 3 computers.
Sometimes I use the small laptop to work in that folder and sometimes I would like to use the other one. Until now, I was using FFS just to synchronize the PC from the small laptop. It works great.

Will FFS work if I syncronize the same folder with the other laptop too sometimes? (If I delete a file in one laptop and not in the other, how does it know if it has to delete it on the PC? Could FFS delete or keep the wrong file in that case?)
