32-Bit ARM build, please?

I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 Mate, on an Odroid XU4 (single-chip computer). It's a 32 bit ARM CPU. I tried running the 32-bit Debian version of FFS 9.2 but it won't execute ("Exec format error"). I also tried installing from LaunchPad but I get a 404 for /xenial/main/binary-armhf/Packages. :/

I would compile the source myself but they don't include make-files and I know nothing beyond the incantation of ./configure make make-install. :P

Would you mind adding a 32-bit ARM build to the download section? And / or; can we get some guidance on building the program ourselves?
