Volume Shadow Copy Service error. VSS, code 8194.

Hi

First of all let me thank the developer(s) and creators for the awesome product and for the product being continuously developed and perfected.
Unfortunately I have the following error (since version 5.11), every time I use shadow coping of locked files from one location to another.
Its in Russian. Translation is below.

The most likely reason - the wrong security settings of the requesting process or recording process.

Current version of FreeFileSync I use is 6.8. My OS is Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. My UID, I believe it in local admin group:

I also followed the following instructions:
To set the correct permissions and prevent the error from occurring, follow the instructions below:
Press and hold the Windows key and press R to pull up the Run dialog. Alternatively, if Run... is available from the Start Menu you can access it from there.
Type dcomcnfg into the box and click OK. The Component Services window will appear.
In the left portion of the window, expand the Component Services section and then expand the Computers section.
Right-click on My Computer (listed in the Computers section) and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
Click the COM Security tab. The My Computer Properties dialog will appear.
Click the Edit Default... button in the Access Permissions section. The Access Permission dialog will appear.
Under the Group or user names box, click the Add... button.
Type Network Service into the box and click OK.
Click OK on both the Access Permission and My Computer Properties dialogs to close them.
Restart Windows.

Unfortunately the error is keep reoccurring every time I use FreeFileSync.

Can you help me. please?

Forgot to mentioned, that the error popups in Event Viewer and have no influence on the actual copying process. Meaning I can perform shadow coping of locked files from one location to another, no problem here. I just want to get read of that annoying error in Event Viewer.

What I found with regards to access denied errors from System Writer, it seems this is caused by some local configuration problem, but almost certainly can be ignored anyway.

Hi Zenju, thank you for your reply. I would like to get rid off that error in the Event Viewer. Can you suggest which configuration I need to check? Thank you.
