FFS = Files corrupted but no problem to manually copy/play?

why does FFS doesnt want to sync those files? mp3s, i can play them and even manually copy.

Why do you state that FFS does not want to sync said files?
The screenshot you shared shows the outcome of the left-right comparison, and indicates that FFS intends to copy the shown mp3-files left-to-right (based on the green arrow with a "+").
Obviously, for executing the actual synchronization you still have to press the "Synchronize" button (top right).
