Date and Time Issue

Over the past week or two, when running FFS 7.2 on my Win 7 64 Bit, I've had a number of occassions where FFS reports that date and time on some of my jpgs are identical, but file size has changed, when in fact nothing has changed. I re-run FFS and it reports all files in sync. Any idea what is happening?
