how to export file list and use results.

I wanted to use the Tool "Export file list..." but don't see how.

I tried exporting with only one session and then by selecting a number. I get a file that opens in Excel, but it essentially empty. Shows only:

"Folder Pairs
Relative path Size Category (F10) Action (F10) Relative path Size"

and not other information.

Please tell me if there is a Help section on using this command, or how I may be using it wrong.
I want to be able to save and use on a rebuilding of my Windows, the list of commands.

The generated CSV file contains the folder pairs and eventually the files shown but you must at least have done a compare.
