Can you please elaborate? What are you trying to do? What error(s) are you seeing? What does the log say (maybe here: %appdata%\FreeFileSync\Logs)

i have added ip address, i am getting timed out error always

connection type is FTP, i have added ip address and user name and password.
when i try to browse directory on server. Iam getting timed out error always

I have to admit that at first glance, this doesn't seem like a problem directly related to FFS.
To rule out this being a problem with FFS, can you please try and connect to the FTP using another software?
What operating system are you using?

windows 7, ftp is working fine with other software(FileZilla)

i have successfully getting files from server
but by using realtimesync, iam getting error as " The FTP protocol does not support directory monitoring: "

It seems that FTP can't monitor changes with RTS ??

FTP simply does not support directory monitoring
