Installation issue with version 9.6

HI all,

A newbie here. I have downloaded the version and tried to install onto my W7 (64-bit) pc.

When I clicked to run the installation, nothing happens. I've checked the event log but there is no indication of an error installing it.

Can help to advice where have I gone wrong?
