sync to a single folder

Can FFS be set up to take files from multiple folders and put them into a single folder, while checking for if the files are unique.

I have tried a few different ways, but FFS always is recursive and creates a dir tree in the destination every time.

I am trying to gather ALL my .jpg/.JPG files and put them in one place
