Log synchronization help

Hello all,
I'm trying to use FreeFileSync to synchronize my Log directory to another one. But in this new folder I just want to keep my last log file which FreeFileSync generates when the synchronization is completed.
I need to do these because I want to do a script for email sending with attaching only the last log.
I start to become mad with this, someone can help me?
