FFS keeps copying same files

Hi,

I have recently started using FFS and love the simplicity of the interface.

I have a slight problem that I hope might be a known issue with easy fix. I run FFS on a computer that copies files from C:/Users to C:/Dropbox/ account. Dropbox was added later to the computer, and I did not want redo all the links for the users, so decided to just use FFS to copy the files to Dropbox each night.

Problem is that around 15 GB of the same data gets copied over every night. Same files, which has not been opened or edited, from what I can tell.

Not all the data get re-copied, since there is approximately 150 GB of data.

What would trip up FFS to do this?

I have the same issue with the latest version (10.8). Out of 2,269 files with a total of 278 GB it always wants to copy the same six files for a total of 18.2 GB even though none of those files have changed. It timestamps the copies on the target drive with the new date and time but then when run again it copies the six files all over again. Is there are reason for that, or a fix?
