"Operation after sync" combo is it in wrong place

Dear Developer(s)!

In the new sync progress window the "operation after sync" combobox is unuseable.
When I click on it, sometimes it vanishes and I push to "Cancel" button.

Can you relocate it into different position? To the top, or the left side of the buttons?
Or it could be a popup button too.

I used it many times in the past to shut down my computer automatically.

Now I can't use because it closed somehow (refreshing) and I push the cancel button.
