You should have posted this in "Help" or "General Discussion", this is the "Localization" forum.
RTS needs to monitor both the left and right sides to decide whether a synchronization is needed or not.

The solution is to simply remove the FTP folder in RTS. There is no such thing as FTP change notifications, hence the error message.
