Sync PC with Android

I am new to your app (FreeFileSync) and am using it to sync between my PC and external hard drive with no issues.

I would also like to use it to sync between my PC and my Verizon S5 running Lollipop. I have not been able to figure out how to set it up and would appreciate your assistance. I know the IP address of my S5 but do not know how to compete the other settings and could use your guidance.
