SFTP Sync

I am trying to sync a local folder to a remote SFTP folder using FFS and RTC. I set up the batch file to just monitor the local folder and copy new files up to SFTP since it looks like we can't remotely access SFTP with RTC.

The batch file works most of the time but some times files say they copy but don't completely finish. File on FTP site ends up at 0KB. 2 of the 4 below copied correctly.

Here are the error messages we are seeing. Hopefully someone can help. Thank you in advance for the help.
