FreeFileSync cannot see files in folder

FreeFileSync worked fine for the first few days.
However, today I can't see files in some of my folder.
I didn't change any setting or options.

If I click on "browse" from the FreeFileSync UI and browse through the folders, they are now empty.
(Of course, if I browse through my folders using Windows File Explorer, the files are all there.)
Because FreeFileSync doesn't see my files, it is also no syncing them.

Is there any solution to this problem?

*Tried run as administrator, still the same.
